I haven't received an order confirmation.
We send order confirmations to the email address provided at checkout. If you haven’t received one, please first check your spam folder. Keep in mind that it may take up to 24 hours for the confirmation to be sent.

If you still haven’t received a confirmation after that time, please contact our customer service. We will then check whether your order has been received in our system. If it has, we’ll be happy to resend the confirmation. If not, please contact us before placing a new order to avoid duplicate orders.

What happens if I entered incorrect information (address, name, etc.)?
If you’ve entered incorrect or incomplete information – such as a wrong address or email – please contact us immediately. Note that we cannot guarantee timely changes, as our warehouse processes and ships orders very quickly. The sooner you reach out, the better. If changes are still possible, the delivery time may be extended. Any additional costs that may arise (e.g., due to returns caused by an incorrect address) must be covered by you. This also applies if a change cannot be made in time.

Can I modify my order afterward?
Once your order has been placed, it is forwarded to our warehouse for processing. Therefore, we unfortunately cannot make any changes to it.

If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we can offer to cancel it so that you can place a corrected order. Please contact our customer service via our contact form.

Can I cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible via our contact form.

If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we can cancel it. If it’s already being processed, you’ll need to accept the delivery and return it to us afterward.

How can I place a business order?
At the moment, we do not accept business orders. However, we are working on making this possible in the future.

What should I do if my package or the products are damaged?
Please contact us immediately if any products in your order arrived damaged or defective.

Document the damaged items and packaging with photos and send them to us. Once we’ve reviewed the images, we’ll offer you the best possible solution. Please don’t return the items unless we explicitly ask you to do so.

I received the wrong item. What can I do?
Please compare your order confirmation with the items you received to make sure everything matches. If something is incorrect, please contact us via the contact form and, if possible, send us photos of the incorrect items. Also include the name of the missing item.

How long does delivery take?
Our delivery time is 1–4 business days from the shipping date. We aim to ship your order the day after it is received. Please note that in some cases, delivery may take an additional 1–2 business days due to high shipping volumes at our logistics center or with the delivery service.

IMPORTANT: Due to the high volume of packages handled by delivery services, some shipments that cannot be delivered to the specified address may be redirected to the nearest pickup point.

I haven’t received my package within the stated delivery time.
If your order didn’t arrive on time, please first check whether your address details were entered correctly. You can find this information in your order confirmation.

What are the shipping costs?
We offer free shipping on all orders.

Do you offer express shipping?
No, we do not offer express shipping.

How can I track my shipment?
Your order will be packed and shipped as quickly as possible. Once your package leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with all the tracking information. This allows you to track your package and see the estimated delivery date.

Can I return my order?
Yes, for products purchased through our shop, we offer a 14-day return policy. You can find more information in the Returns section.

Returns must be made in their original condition and packaging. Once we receive the item, we will refund the purchase amount to the account used for the original order. You can place a new order anytime on our website.

Which payment methods can I use?
In our shop, you can conveniently pay with credit card, PayPal, Klarna, Google Pay, or Apple Pay. Simply choose your preferred payment method during checkout.
